The practical register.

Twelve canonical DefinedTerm entries naming the engineering moves used to be cited by answer engines. Every entry has a stable @id, a tactical definition, alternate names, and cross-references to the implementation cluster. Term 01 ships in Edition 01; terms 02 through 12 are editorial commitments.
